Please understand that some areas are not serviced daily. Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. All shipping methods apply to business days, not weekends or holidays. Not all items are available for all shipping methods. Shipment time is generally 3-10 business days. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping methods in select categories, or free shipping site-wide. Hawaii and Alaska do not qualify for free shipping offers.
Our shipping fees are calculated by the weight, dimensions, destination and shipping method. We reserves the right to notify you of any additional shipping charges necessary to deliver your order. Our website attempts to estimate calculated shipping fees and sometimes it may not be accurate for a multitude of reasons: rural delivery locations, shipment requires multiple pallets, delivery to an island, etc. You will be immediately notified of additional shipping charges.
Certain products do not qualify for Free Shipping, including all soils, grow media, trays, tables, benches, tents, greenhouses and over-sized items. Hawaii and Alaska do not qualify for free shipping offers. Price match orders and/or quoted orders may not qualify for free shipping.
Free shipping can only be offered on items available in your region. If you have purchased an item(s) that is unavailable in your region, you will be contacted and given the option to pay a portion of the freight cost to ship immediately, or wait until the product is available in your region. Time frame could range between 1-3 weeks.
Where do we ship to?
We ship within the contiguous 48 states, as well as to *Alaska and *Hawaii. We do not ship outside of the United States.
*Promotions and/or discounts for shipping do not apply to Alaska or Hawaii.

Freight Shipping Explained
Oversized items will be shipped on pallets (i.e., large orders, trays, soil, reflectors, dehumidifiers, etc.). Freight shipments are delivered by scheduled appointments. Please inspect all shipments carefully for damage or missing items prior to signing for them (if required). If your freight shipment arrives damaged, report these damages (or missing items) to the delivery driver. Please note these issues on the delivery receipt, and contact us as soon as possible. If you sign your name on the freight bill without noting the damages, you are stating that you have received your shipment/order in acceptable condition. Once signed for, there will be no reimbursement of freight charges, order costs or any other charges incurred by you from BestHydro.com.

Scheduling Delivery Appointments
If you are not available by phone or email to schedule your delivery appointment within a reasonable amount of time, the shipment will be considered refused and you are responsible for full freight charges and applicable fees going both ways with a minimum 20% restocking fee.
Refusal of Shipments
Customers are responsible for full freight charges and applicable fees going both ways and a minimum 20% restocking fee for shipments that are refused for any reason other than the shipment was damaged in transit (not applicable to items damaged in storage) or if the shipping error was made by BestHydro.

Privacy for many of our customers is of the greatest importance. We get it. Our packages are shipped in unmarked boxes without any identifying markings. Our pallet orders are wrapped in black for your privacy.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Most orders are shipped the same day or the next day, depending on what time we receive the order. It may take longer if we are temporarily out of stock. Orders not being shipped ground must be received by 11 am (PST) or they will be shipped the following business day. Please be advised that these options are promised from the time of shipping, not from the time the order was submitted.
Customer orders may be fulfilled directly by the manufacturer or distributor to reduce cost and shipping time. In some cases we may choose to ship an order from multiple locations. Our customers are NOT charged for any additional shipping fees incurred if we decide to send your order in multiple packages.
Freight Deposits & Estimates
We require our customers to submit a Refundable Freight Deposit prior to receiving a freight estimate. We strive to find the quickest, most affordable freight option for our customers. Freight estimates are calculated and emailed to our customers within 24 hours of a new order submission. To approve your freight estimate, please respond to your Freight Estimate email.

You may return most unopened items within 15 days of purchase for a refund.
Please note that we cannot validate a return request on Nutrients, Lamps & Bulbs, Trays or Harvest Tools.

Unopened products can be returned within 15 days of customer receipt of shipment.
A refund will be issued once the returned product is received at our Best Hydro store located in Lancaster, California and after inspection.
However, shipping fees are non-refundable.
We accept products that are:
• free of any kind of damages (scratches, defects…)
• in new, resalable condition and in the ORIGINAL, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging inside of a plain brown shipping box,
• including all brochures, installation guides, cords and accessories.
If failure of one of these requirements occurs, Besthydro.com reserves the right to refuse a return.
We unfortunately will not cover your return shipping cost and the fees associated with sending the item back to our store.
For safe and secured returns, please purchase an insurance for your package with the carrier of your choice. Besthydro.com will not be responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items.
Moreover, you are responsible for restocking fees (20%).
/!\ Please remember that you must wait for our APPROVAL before returning your purchase. Unapproved returns will be resent to the sender. For more details, please read below.
1) Contact Besthydro.com by phone or email to request a return and wait for the approval. You will then hear from us by email with all the information you need to return your item, if approved.
2) You must put your undamaged item into its undamaged original packaging and place it in a shipping box to prevent further damages.
3) Please do not forget to cover any existing shipping labels, stickers or any kind of identifying marks on the shipping box.
4) Your returned item will be inspected when we receive it. We will then issue you a refund within 7-10 business days.
• Defective Products •
In the event of a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order, and we will exchange the product for a new one, issue a credit or issue a refund after inspection.
Please contact us immediately by phone or by email if something is wrong with the product, otherwise we may reject your return request.
• Order Cancellation •
You must request a cancellation BEFORE your order has been physically shipped.
Otherwise your order will be considered fulfilled and you will need to request a return subject to shipping and restocking fees, — if applicable.
To successfully request a cancelation please contact us by phone or email before we ship your purchase.
Your order is not considered cancelled until a team member of Best Hydro has not contacted you by phone or email.
